The current contract for Refrigerating and freezing equipment in Glenrothes is projected to end on 15/3/2018 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Refrigerating and freezing equipment in Glenrothes included a framework agreement for the planned maintenance and reactive repairs to commercial refrigeration equipment as detailed in the Tender Documents. Fife Council is under no obligation to award any contracts to any of the service providers who have been appointed to this framework agreement.Fife Council anticipates concluding this framework agreement with the 3 highest scoring service providers in so far as there is a sufficient number of tenderers who satisfy the selection criteria and submit admissible tenders which meet the award criteria. Where a tenderer has been formally selected by Fife Council as a party to this framework agreement, that tender shall be referred to as a Services Provider.
