Refurbishment afoot for Anchorage 1
Refurbishment work is set to begin on Anchorage 1 after Canmoor refinanced the estate with Santander.The first phase of the multimillion-pound programme completed last year, with Anchorage 2 now entirely transformed.Anchorage 1 will now follow suit, with improvements lined up for the ground floor reception and external entrance area. Floorplates one to six will also be updated, with the fourth floor set to undergo the biggest transformation including a new staircase, lobby areas and a series of smaller office suites.Work on Anchorage 1 is due to complete in October 2020.
