Refurbishment for East Yorkshire industrial site
An East Yorkshire industrial site is currently undergoing refurbishment following its acquisition.Property development business Tradepark recently acquired eight units on Grovehill Road in Beverley.The company is currently refurbishing the 33,000 sq ft site to create workshops suitable for storage, distribution or general industrial use.An adjacent semi-derelict plot of land, which was formerly a council depot and ambulance station, is also set for a multimillion-pound makeover after plans were approved for 16 new offices and 14 light industrial units, to be built by the council.PPH Commercial director Ben Cooper helped conclude the acquisition and is responsible for letting the units.
