Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations. Salford City Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified companies, for the provision of inspection and testing of fixed wire electrical circuits to its Corporate and Educational buildings. Contractors will be expected to attend sites and carry a full 100 % Fixed Wire Inspection and Testing to BS7671 and Guidance Note 3. The initial contract period will be 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and budget provision.
