Resi conversion of BT training centre moves forward
Detailed plans have been lodged for a development of almost 90 residential properties on the site of a former BT Training Centre in Harrogate.Bellway Homes, supported by Sten Architecture and Pegasus Planning, has submitted a reserved matter application to Harrogate Borough Council for the site on St George’s Walk.The proposals cover the development of 88 homes, with a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and houses.Layout, access and landscaping for the development were previously approved in December 2016 as part an outline planning application from Telereal Trillium.Approval is now sought for the design and scale of the proposed development.
