Residential and library development approved
The construction of a new library with 24 residential units following the demolition of an existing library at a location in Plymouth has been approved.Under the plans, the St Budeaux Library will be demolished to make way for a new building, providing 5,242 sq ft of accommodation for the library as well as 17 one-bed flats and seven two-bed flats.The application was lodged by Land Development SW with plans put together by AJM Building Design.It is envisioned by the developer that profits from the housing element would cover the cost of the library element.
