Residential scheme set to move ahead
An application for a 141-strong housing development in Preston looks set to move forward.Homes England and Rowland Homes are behind the proposals, which are reserved matters for a previously approved outline submission.If approved, the full site would comprise 12 different house types ranging in size from two, three and four bedrooms. All would be two storeys.There would also be four main clusters of affordable housing comprising pairs of semi-detached homes for shared ownership, affordable rental and discounted market value sale.
