Retirement apartments bid backed
A total of 30 retirement apartments are to be constructed in Coventry after the proposals were voted through.Land in Ebbw Vale Terrace has been earmarked for the proposed scheme by applicant The Citizen Housing Group.Designed by Sutton Coldfield-based Walker Troup Architects, the land was formerly occupied by 16 retirement flats.After being approved by Coventry City Council at a virtual meeting of its planning committee on Thursday 14 January, a total of 15 car parking spaces will also be provided.
