Bath and North East Somerset Council has approved plans to redevelop a vacant car garage into retirement apartments.PegasusLife, a specialist retirement developer, plans to demolish the garage on Upper Bristol Road to make way for the scheme, which includes a health and well-being suite and a riverside café open to the public.Plans include a mixture of one, two and two-plus bedroom apartments and car parking, a communal lounge and guest suites.The project team includes Barton Willmore as the planning consultant, architects Allies & Morrison and landscape architects Camlins.
