Revised plans in for homes on former nightclub site
Revised plans have been lodged for a residential development on a site previously occupied by a nightclub in Birmingham.Bordeaux Estates is seeking outline approval to develop vacant land on Lower Parade, Sutton Coldfield. The site was formerly occupied by Rosie’s nightclub, which has been demolished.Plans comprise a building of between six and eight storeys containing 55 homes, along with approximately 7,800 sq ft of commercial space at ground floor level.Vehicular access for residents and for service vehicles is provided via an existing service road off Lower Parade.
