Ridge and Partners appointed to £85m Edgbaston scheme
Ridge and Partners has been appointed to design the mechanical and electrical infrastructure for an £85m build-to-rent project next to Birmingham’s Edgbaston cricket ground.The project – which is being completed for developer PATRIZIA Immobilien AG – will comprise 375 apartments and 20,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and leisure space constructed on a site immediately adjacent to the stadium.The scheme’s architect is CallisonRTKL, with Turley acting as planning consultant. Construction is expected to complete in 2022.
