Salford homes set to move forward
A residential development earmarked for the site of the former Salford City Roosters Rugby League clubhouse could soon move forward.ForViva is behind the application, which concerns the site on Hallsworth Road.Lined up is replacing the facility with a 48-home scheme.This would comprise 20 one-bedroom and ten two-bedroom apartments, alongside four two-bedroom bungalows, and six and eight two and three-bedroom homes, respectively.The application will go before Salford City Council’s Planning and Transportation Regulatory Panel on 29 July, with a recommendation for approval.
