Second phase launched of major business park scheme
Bridgwater Gateway has launched the second phase of its major business park development in Somerset.Phase two of Plot 1600 will provide 23,744 sq ft of accommodation with a secure yard and 50 car parking spaces.With all the infrastructure and services already in place to serve all the plots, the company has secured detailed planning permission for new buildings.Bridgwater Gateway has said that it will design and build bespoke buildings if required by a business.The first phase of development has already provided a new 100-bed Premier Inn hotel and a new Costa Coffee drive thru as part of a neighbourhood centre.Further prime plots with road frontage to the A38 and Huntworth roundabout are available for roadside use.Units are available at the site from 10,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft.
