SES to work on £45m sports hub
SES Engineering Services (SES) has won a contract for work on a £45m Leeds sports hub.The engineering specialist will work alongside main contractor Galliford Try on Leeds Beckett University’s new state-of-the-art Carnegie Teaching and Research Building, which will house the Carnegie School of Sport.SES has been appointed to design and install a full range of building services at the development, locate on the university’s Headingley campus.The Carnegie School of Sport will enable the university to unite its specialised teaching and research laboratories, as well as providing a hub for elite athletes and sports and industry partners.Galliford Try was named as lead contractor on the project in September 2018.
