Shrewsbury farm granted green light for glamping pods
A Shropshire farm will be branching out in to the leisure business after being given permission to build four glamping pods on their land.H Evans & Son of Winnington Hall, Halfway House had applied to Shropshire Council for planning permission for four pods and an amenity building which would house showers, toilets, a kitchen and a living room.Permission was granted this week and now the family can diversify from their mixed farming business.The pods, which will be timber clad and only have room for sleeping in, will be placed on land close to the access road for the farm.
