Slough development set for approval
A proposed residential development earmarked for Slough could soon take a step forward.Mapgro is behind the application, which concerns a site on Arborfield Close.Lined up is redeveloping the brownfield plot into a scheme comprising two three-storey blocks of flats.These would accommodate 16 apartments, with the makeup being five one-bedroom, nine two-bedroom and two three-bedrooms.Twenty-one car parking spaces are also proposed.The application is set to go before Slough Borough Council’s planning committee on 10 November, with a recommendation to approve subject to the completion of a s106 agreement to ensure financial contributions towards off-site affordable housing, education and local public open space enhancements
