Spitfire Homes acquires former Sandvik offices

Housebuilder Spitfire Homes has completed the acquisition of former Sandvik offices in Halesowen in a move that paves the way for a new development.The company has started work on the clearance and demolition of the former office block, which is located on a 5.6-acre site on Manor Way.Spitfire has detailed planning consent to build 61 homes, including a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties.Managing director Ben Leather said: “We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of this prime location in Halesowen, continuing our investment in the region.
