St Modwen launches revised plans for Derby Triangle scheme
Plans for a mixed-use scheme on land known as the ‘Derby Triangle’ that would create over 1,100 jobs have been submitted to Derby City Council. It would include a mixture of offices, retail, warehousing and industrial space and would include a supermarket and pub.
