St Modwen lodge plans for further Gloucestershire units
St Modwen has submitted plans for a seventh commercial unit at its £22m Gateway 12 development in Gloucestershire.Subject to planning consent, the new detached unit will provide 66,000 sq ft of new commercial space. Construction of two speculative units, measuring provide 39,000 sq ft and 41,000 sq ft, is already underway at Gateway 12 and scheduled to complete next month. Two units, measuring 24,000 and 34,000 sq ft respectively, will also be completed for occupation in 2018.The properties are being built by contractor Barnfield Construction and follow on from the completion and sale of the site’s first two 40,000 sq ft premises last year to cookware and kitchen supplier ProCook and home furnishing supplier Warwick Fabrics.
