St Modwen plans 200-home Somerset scheme
Housebuilder St Modwen has submitted plans for 200 homes and about three acres of employment space in Somerset.The scheme, located in Kenn, Clevedon, also includes transport, drainage and flood risk, landscape and visual, ecological and economic assessments. St Modwen’s South West property portfolio currently comprises 14 development projects based Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Devon.Collectively, St. Modwen manages about 910 acres in the region on which it will build more than eight million sq ft of commercial accommodation and create circa 2,940 homes.
