Staining homes to go ahead
A Fylde housing application is set to go ahead .Jones Homes is to build 30 houses on land off Kings Close on Chain Lane, Staining.The site, which is 1.8 hectares in size, is the second plot of land secured by the housebuilder in Staining, located just a few minutes from its previously completed estate, The Heathers.The new development will be known as Kings Meadow. Planning permission has been granted for a total of 30 properties, including a mix of 21 four and five bedroom detached homes and nine affordable homes, which will be two and three-bedroomed mews.
