The scheme will create a place that is local distinctive and reflects Catterick Garrison.”The proposals will provide a supportive space for local enterprise to help build the business base and support wider opportunities for residents to contribute to the economy.”The proposed development represents a key regeneration scheme in Catterick Garrison which will have a transformative impact, generating a number of community benefits.”North Yorkshire Council is the applicant, with the project team including Align Property Partners and Planning Potential.
