Stewart Milne Homes brings forward new development plans for Cove
Stewart Milne Homes has submitted plans to deliver around 180 homes in Aberdeen and is in discussions with “several affordable housing providers” to partner on the development.View from Falkland Avenue through the centre of the site to the North SeaThe developer’s vision is for 177 new homes, dedicated car parking, open space and associated infrastructure to situated on last east of Falkland Avenue in Cove. The site has been zoned for residential development since 2008.Under the plans, the new builds would include six wheelchair accessible homes and five disabled access flats, together with 129 general needs flats and 37 houses.Stewart Milne Homes said the development is in line with city plans to create 3,000 additional affordable homes by 2022.
