Stirlin set to bring home new industrial units in Branston
Lincolnshire property developer, Stirlin, has started construction on further employment space on its new business park in Branston.Kirk’s Yard is a 1.2-acre commercial development, around four miles to the South East of Lincoln city centre.Stirlin completed Phase 1 of Kirk’s Yard in March 2019, which included six light industrial units ranging in size, from 1,000 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft.Phase 2 will provide five more industrial units at slightly larger sizes, ranging from 1,507 sq ft – 2,005 sq ft.Structural works are currently underway on the new building, with completion expected for September this year.
