Story Homes starts second phase of Wynyard Park scheme
Work has started on the second phase of an exclusive housing development on the Wynyard Park estate.Story Homes is behind the Fallows Park scheme, which launched in late 2015 and comprises four- and five-bedroom houses.With almost every home on phase one sold, construction has now started on phase two. This will include 40 dwellings, the first of which are due for completion in the winter of 2017.The wider Wynyard Park development is continuing to progress with more than 150 residents now moved in. When completed, the scheme will comprise more than 2,000 homes.
