Summer opening for landmark Liverpool hotel
Spain’s largest hotel group has outlined further details of its plans to open a 207-bed venue in Liverpool, including its opening date.INNSiDE Liverpool is being brought forward by Meliá on Old Hall Street in the heart of the city’s commercial district.It will comprise a restaurant, panoramic sky bar, expansive conference and event space, a gym and modern suites.The venue – which is opening on 16 August – will repurpose the former Echo and Daily Post building, breathing new life into one of the city’s most iconic structures.Parts of the pre-existing site have been preserved, reflecting Meliá’s commitment to sustainable practices.It has also been designed to attract both short and long stay bookings.
