Thumbs-up for 131-home plans
The thumbs-up have been given to plans for 131 new homes on the edge of a housing estate near Warwick.Richborough Estates has won permission from the district council for the scheme on land south of Lloyd Close, Hampton Magna.The 17.2-acre site was also the subject of a 147-home plan which was refused by the authority in June 2018.Warwick Distrct Council’s planning committee made a final decision on the aplication at a meeting on Tuesday 29 January 2019.
