Thumbs up for Lancaster homes
A 95-home scheme lined up for a site in Lancaster has secured the green light.Commercial Estates Projects is behind the proposals, which are lined up for Scotforth Road.It has been given outline permission for its application, with a number of matters reserved.The layout will be determined at a latter stage.The applicant estimates that the proposal would support 60 temporary construction jobs and 85 indirect roles through the supply chain and related services over a two-and-a-half-year build period.
