Thumbs up for more than 40 new Lurgan homes
The thumbs up has been given to a proposed housing development set to provide more than 40 new homes to Lurgan, County Armagh. Boconnell Properties has received the go-ahead from Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council for the construction of 41, semi-detached and detached dwellings, situated opposite of St. Ronan’s College on Bells Row Court.The scheme comprises of a mix of three and four-bed properties, with a minimum of two in-curtilage parking spaces provided for each. An additional 31 separate visitor spaces have also been provided throughout.Measuring approximately 5.4 acres, the application site lies to the west of the Belfast to Dublin railway line and comprises of mostly agricultural land.The proposed development has been designed to address the physical character of the site, while also complementing and respecting the established surroundings of the area.
