Total Developments acquires 22-acre Middlewich site
Total Developments has acquired a 22-acre site next to the MA6NITUDE business park in Middlewich for £4.1m.The freehold sale of the plot has been announced by commercial property agent Legat Owen.Situated within two miles of Junction 18 of the M6, the site is known as 18:22. It has potential for approximately 350,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation, which could be split into various unit sizes.The overall masterplan at Middlewich offers more than 1.7 million sq ft of development land. The park is already home to major distribution companies including B&M Retail, Wincanton and Kuehne + Nagel.Total Developments represented itself in the transaction.
