Towngate embarks on headquarters refurb
Commercial and industrial lettings specialist Towngate has started a comprehensive refurbishment to revitalise Woodvale House in Brighouse.Originally completed by the property experts in the early 1990s, Towngate’s 9,500 sq ft headquarters will be overhauled.The Woodvale Road building will benefit from a refurbishment of the lobby and stairs area, new toilet and shower facilities, plus full redecoration.Towngate’s office space will also be refreshed, with a new reception area and team breakout room.The property specialists’ flagship building is shared with structural engineering tenants JNP Group and new leaseholders Digital High Street and all occupants will remain on-site throughout the renovation, which is expected to be completed in mid-September.
