Treorchy scheme to provide independent living units
The regeneration of an empty building in Treorchy is set to provide independent living for adults with learning disabilities.Housing association Trivallis is working with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and contractor R&M Williams to create 12 one-bed flats as part of the £1.5m Crown Avenue project.The council, Trivallis and Catrefi Cymru will jointly manage the placement of individuals into the accommodation.
