United Health to build specialist school after acquisition
Lincolnshire care services group United Health has acquired Oak Farm Park in Bagworth, Leicestershire, to build a specialist school, following a loan from HSBC.United Health will use the funding to convert the property into a school for children with special educational needs.The development is expected to be a multimillion-pound project and will include residential facilities for students as well as a suite of classrooms, technical workshops, an IT centre and sport and recreation areas.The funding was arranged by HSBC Corporate Banking relationship director, Philip Carr.
