NHS Grampian (the Authority) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the provision of Multi-Discipline Design Team Services.
The requirement will include all aspects of Professional Multi-Discipline Design Team services to allow the Authority to maintain and develop its estates portfolio in accordance with the changing needs of the service it delivers.
The work generally involves refurbishment, alterations and extensions to existing premises as well as new build developments. The Multi-Discipline Design Teams will be required to provide all professional services in delivery of the various projects across the full range of the Authority’s premises throughout the North East of Scotland including Hospitals, Health Centres; Clinics and other specialist centres e.g. Laboratories; Commercial; Industrial and Domestic premises.
