Framework Contract for Redecoration Services and Pre-Decoration Repairs to Bernicia Homes.
This framework contract incorporates re decoration services and pre decoration repairs for Bernicia Homes across North East England. Services will include the internal communal areas and external redecoration and associated pre-paint repairs to Bernicia Homes Housing stock. The partnership is for a five year period to coincide with the external painting cycle for the external areas to all properties.
There are 2 lots –
– Properties situated North of The River Tyne.
– Properties situated South of The River Tyne.
