United Kingdom-Aylesbury: Education and training services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Education and training services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 06-MAR-21 and may be available for retender. Information, Advice and Guidance Services.
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) provision is a key of part of Buckinghamshire County Council’s Youth Support Service delivery.
The Council is looking for an experienced organisation to provide support services to young people through the ‘Buckinghamshire Youth’ framework which will include collaboration and partnership working with the Council’s Youth Service and the Voluntary and Community Youth Support Service provider to improve outcomes for young people in Buckinghamshire.
The IAG provision focuses on improving outcomes for 11-25 year old young people and their families providing support services to those that may not make a successful transition to adulthood.
The successful service provider will:
– Reduce the number of young people who are NEET,
– Enable young people to undertake RPA compliant destinations,
– Enable young people with Statements of Educational Need to contribute to the development of their Education, Health and Care plans,
– Increase the numbers of young people undertaking apprenticeships.
The contract will be in place for 5 years with an option to extend for a further 24 months or parts thereof. The Council is of the view that TUPE may apply to this Contract.
