United Kingdom-Banbury: Consultancy Services Framework – Framework Lead

The current contract for Consultancy Services Framework – Framework Lead is projected to end on 08-OCT-22 and may be available for retender. The requirement of the Authorities is to establish a consultancy framework agreement in which is can call off the skills and resourced of external consultants when the need arises. The Authorities may use this framework agreement where there may be areas of uncertainty or where the Authorities lack the internal capability or capacity to provide this type of resource. The use of consultancy advice and resource will be mainly for the commissioning of internal projects to ensure effective service delivery of the Authorities’ Transformation Programme. The Authorities have undertaken a substantial amount of transformation related projects in a range of different service areas. This framework agreement will provide support in the following 3 key areas and will be divided into Lots:
Lot 1: Information Technology.
Lot 2: Human Resources.
Lot 3: Business Improvement and Change Management.
