London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) as the lead authority is carrying out this procurement exercise on behalf of London Boroughs of Havering (LBH) and Redbridge (LBR) as a competitive procedure with negotiation (CPN) in accordance with its general obligations under the public contracts regulations 2015 and will establish a contract for the provision of:
Lot 1 – Integrated Sexual Health Services (ISHS) in London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge (BHR) and,
Lot 2 – Chlamydia Screening Coordination (London Borough of Redbridge only).
Providers can put in a bid for the provision of either lot 1 or lot 2 or both lots 1 and 2.
