BMBC has invited tenders for the provision of a comprehensive range of legal services covering all aspects of the BMBC’s and/or the Associated Organisation activities, within 11 Lots as set out in the ITT.
The Framework Agreement has been divided into 11 lots as follows:
Lot 1 Company and Commercial Law;
Lot 2 Employment Law and Human Resources;
Lot 3 General Litigation;
Lot 4 Charity Law;
Lot 5 Property Law;
Lot 6 Public Law and Corporate Governance;
Lot 7 Housing Law;
Lot 8 Planning Law;
Lot 9 Highways, Transportation and Compulsory Acquisition;
Lot 10 Adult Social Services and Community Care Law;
Lot 11 Insolvency.
