The works comprise annual servicing of commercial gas fire appliances. The servicing will include a full strip down summer service (April-July), followed by cursory appliance inspection check winter service (October -December). Any additional works such as repairs instructed as a result of the service may form part of the contract. A 24hr/365day emergency call out facility will be an essential requirement of the contract. Please note that the Council considers that the re-letting of the existing service contract resulting from this tender exercise will amount to a service provision change under TUPE Regulation 3.
