The Department of Finance (DoF) wishes to establish an Advertising Framework to deliver campaign advertising requirements for all bodies covered by NI Public Procurement Policy: Candidates should however be aware that, as a Framework Agreement (as defined under regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended)), the participating bodies to this Framework are not obliged to procure advertising campaign services exclusively from this framework agreement.
