Choice Housing Ireland Limited and its subsidiary companies (Choice) wishes to appoint design teams to a number of framework agreements (Framework Agreement(s)) to provide services relating to planning, design, procurement, construction (design and management) co-ordination and contract administration/project management (Services), in connection with the design and delivery of projects with a range of dwelling designs, accommodation needs and services including:
– General needs accommodation for families and single persons.
– Accommodation for the elderly.
– Supported housing for people with disabilities including those with mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and those who are physically disabled.
– Support services for vulnerable groups.
– Refurbishment work.
– Land purchase.
– Affordable housing.
