Translink covering Ulsterbus and Metro wishes to establish one or more procurement frameworks for the period 2017 to 2020 for the acquisition of public service vehicles to the specifications and indicative numbers detailed in the Pre Qualification Documents. The main objective of this procurement exercise is to establish commercial arrangements to allow timely commitment on confirmation of appropriate funding. A further objective is to identify and implement longer term strategic partnerships to develop best class products to enhance the passenger experience whilst maximising the benefits of harnessing emerging technology. If this is of interest please complete and submit a Pre Qualification Document via the etendersni portal no later than 15:00 hours on Friday 24.2.2017. It is anticipated that Invitation to Tender Documents will be issued in early March 2017 with framework contracts awarded Quarter 3 2017.
