The current contract for Business and management consultancy services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 25-MAR-20 and may be available for retender. Invest NI – Framework Agreement for Commercial Appraisals.
Invest NI wishes to establish a framework of Contractors to undertake Commercial Appraisals. Contractors will be responsible for appraisals of business plans, grant applications, submitted to Invest NI for the purposes of securing financial assistance. Contractors shall work to a Specification. The work and completed assignment report must be based upon information and explanations provided by the management of the company both in their business plan and in subsequent meetings and discussions. The Contractor shall apply analytical procedures to the information provided and make such further enquiries as are appropriate in the circumstances of each case.
