The objectives of this procurement are:
– To provide a Support and Counselling Service for Birth Families resident in Northern Ireland, whose children have been adopted under the provisions of the Adoption NI Order 1987.
– To provide a Regional Tracing Service, to support the ‘Origins’ work of Registered Adoption Agencies within Northern Ireland.
– To provide ‘Contact Support’ between birth families and their adopted children within the Belfast and South Eastern Health & Social Care Trusts.
