The Contract is for the provision of Gas and Dual Fuel Boiler Maintenance Services and Associated Gas Fired Appliances to Queen’s University Belfast. The contract covers 136 natural gas fired boilers, 23 dual fuel fired boilers (natural gas/oil), 30 gas fired domestic hot water heaters, 4 gas fired air heaters, 5 gas fires, 2 gas cookers and 1 gas humidifier. The operation of CO detectors are also to be tested.
