The University of Birmingham (referred to as the ‘Employer’ for the purposes of consistency) wishes to enter into a long-term contract (the ‘Contract’) for the provision of fire equipment maintenance and associated services which will ensure that the relevant equipment is maintained and repaired to the highest quality standards. The contractor may also be required to provide Fire warden training and fire risk assessments for University of Birmingham buildings.
