The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 27-NOV-20 and may be available for retender. The Provision of an Engagement, Assessment and Care Co-Ordination Service.
This tendering process is for an Engagement, Assessment and Care Co-Ordination Service to individuals with substance misuse who are resident of Bournemouth. This model of service is the merger of two existing treatment provisions within the Bournemouth Treatment System.
The successful Provider will assume responsibility for the initial engagement, assessment and care co-ordination of all individuals with substance misuse issues requiring access into treatment within the Bournemouth Treatment System.
This Service is part of an integrated multi disciplinary treatment system and is required to work in partnership with statutory and non statutory organisations to achieve recovery that is meaningful for the individual receiving support/treatment, their family, social circle and the wider community.
Contract expected to commence 1.4.2016, for a period of 3 years, plus a possible 2 year extension subject to funding and performance.
