Valleys to Coast Housing Limited (“V2C”) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide grounds maintenance services across the Bridgend County Borough.
It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract and will be divided into 12 geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot.
The core requirements are grass cutting between the months of April and October.
It is important to note that 1 of the 12 lots will require shrub and hedge maintenance, weed removal and planting of bedding plants in addition to grass cutting.
It is anticipated that delivery will commence in 4.2018. The proposed contract duration.
Is 5 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years.
