Bristol City Council and North Somerset Council are looking for experienced contractors to:
– Install new adaptations and minor works for older and disabled adults and children in Bristol across all tenures including Council owned stock.
– Install new adaptations in North Somerset in housing association (excluding Alliance Homes), owner occupied and private rented sector properties.
– Repairs to level access showers in Bristol council owned stock.
– Carry out more extensive works to adapt properties in Bristol such as extending the foot print of a property to provide accessible bedrooms and bathrooms.
3 year contract with a option to extend for a further 1 year. Value is for the 4 years.
